Reserve Class & Schedule

At Balans Studio, we pride ourselves on providing a balanced array of disciplines that challenge you physically, while also encouraging your overall well-being. While it is vital to listen to your body and give your muscles enough rest, typically taking 3-5 classes a week will generate the most fitness results. Yes, if you push yourself to the appropriate levels in your workout or practice with your instructor, you will feel and see these results in after 8-10 classes. Remember, everyone responds to exercise differently, however, with focus on form and continually challenging yourself as you take each class, you will experience a change physically and mentally.
You may book your desired classes up to two weeks in advance. If you have a conflict in your schedule, please cancel at least 3 hours prior to avoid a $10 late cancel fee. We encourage all of our students to join the waitlist if a class is full, as spots frequently open up.
