To create a peaceful and empowering environment for your practice and community, please follow these studio tips:

Be Timely. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to prepare and get settled. Leaving class early along with late entry can be disruptive to other students.

Be Clean. We offer complimentary lockers to store your belongings during class and ask that you refrain from wearing shoes in the yoga room. Neatly organize any gear within your practice space. If you tend to sweat, bring a towel and wipe down your area when class is over. Mats are available at no charge but please make sure to clean after class. Food or drink other than water is prohibited. Strong perfumes and colognes are also discouraged.

Be Peaceful. Turn off your cellphone and electronic devices when you arrive. All personal items other than practice gear should be stored in the provided lockers. If you are a doctor or must be available on call, please leave your cellphone with the front desk.

Be Kind and Respectful. Respect the set environment in the practice rooms before and during class. As we practice and train with the community, be mindful and aware of the energy you transmit to those around you.

Be a Student. Follow instructions and be open to considering new forms of practice and training.
