Yoga Fundamentals 4-week Series is perfect for beginners and anyone that is looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
If you have been wondering what the entire Yoga buzz is about and looking for the right moment to finally jump in and find out this 4-week series is for you.
Classes are taught by our experienced teachers in a semi-private setting that is limited to 10 students to ensure everyone gets personalized hands on attention.
Each week will introduce a new series of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and exploring the connection of pose and breath.
All classes conclude with blissful relaxation.
The course will build progressively on lesson learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into our Yoga Level 1, some Yoga All Level classes and the Gentle/Restorative Yoga class.
What to bring: Come dressed comfortably, (It will help to have a top that is a bit snug around your hips due to that we will at times lower our head below our heart.) bring water and a towel. We do provide Yoga mats and props.
Barre 101 Workshop
This workshop is for you that have heard of the “Barre Phenomena” and would like to find out more. We will introduce you to fundamentals of what to expect in a Barre class. You will also be introduced to some key terms that you might hear the instructor use through your Barre classes. No experience needed.
What to bring: A bottle of water, a towel. Bring socks with a sticky bottom or take the class bare foot. No sneakers please.
All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made 1 week prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the workshop start date.
